What I Can Offer

My therapeutic workshops cover a wide range of challenges that young people commonly face, and I’m always happy to adapt or design sessions around specific topics at your request.
Each workshop can comfortably accommodate up to 15 students and includes a workbook for every participant to keep, thus giving them a resource they can return to in their own time.
The sessions are highly interactive, encouraging discussion, reflection, and practical learning. I create a safe and supportive space where young people can engage as much or as little as they feel comfortable, ensuring every voice is respected.

Continuing the Journey:
Available as a one-off session for individual young people, or as the ideal follow-up after a workshop, these sessions provide space to process and reflect.
Workshops can often bring hidden feelings to the surface — which is an important step, because healing begins with recognising and addressing what’s underneath. By offering a safe, supportive space for students to explore what they’ve uncovered, they can begin their journey of healing with guidance and reassurance.
Together, we can also create a practical management plan for the student and their key worker or mentor to work through, providing ongoing support and a clear path forward.
Therapeutic Mentoring
Therapeutic Mentoring

I provide bespoke consulting for schools, quietly observing your environment to understand your culture, strengths, and areas for support.

From this, I create a tailored plan which may include:
-
Trauma-informed training for staff
-
Therapeutic workshops for students
-
Mentoring resources for individuals or small groups

My goal is to help schools embed trauma-informed practice in practical, sustainable ways that support both staff and students.
Consulting
Consulting

I provide training in trauma-informed practice and trauma-informed communication for school staff, helping them understand and respond to the impact of trauma in young people.

Sessions can be delivered as:
-
Workshops: Structured, practical sessions with exercises and role-play.
-
Interactive discussions: Facilitated conversations encouraging reflection and collaborative problem-solving.
The training equips staff to communicate with empathy, reduce re-traumatisation, and foster resilience, creating a safer and more supportive school environment.
